Cancellation Policy /No Show Policy


1. Cancellation/ No Show Policy for an Appointment at Seven Mile Equine.

We understand that there are times when you must miss an appointment due to emergencies or obligations. However, if appointments are not rescheduled or cancelled at least 24 hours before the time of arrival, you will not be eligible for a full refund. Not informing Seven Mile Equine 24 hours before your appointment may be preventing another horse from getting much-needed treatment.


2. Delayed Arriving for a Scheduled Appointment at Seven Mile Equine

We understand that delays can happen however we must try to keep to the schedule. If you arrive 15 minutes past the scheduled time we will have to reschedule your appointment. Where possible we will look to fit you in on the same day however this may not always be possible.
